The Marin Healthcare District has announced a $4.7 million Physician Development Plan to recruit and retain doctors, addressing access to care issues in Marin County. The Marin Healthcare District has appointed David W. Cox as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 29, 2010, following Sutter Health's departure. With extensive experience in healthcare finance and management, Cox will play a crucial role in overseeing operations and IT for Marin General Hospital, according to CEO Lee Domanico.
